A Career Built on Real Work, Not Theory

Technovate is led by Arian Mohammadi, whose background reflects the way the company itself is built: practical, hands-on, and grounded in real-world experience across both IT and residential technology.

With more than 20 years of combined experience in IT, cybersecurity, and high-end residential AV, Arian has worked across environments that most firms treat as completely separate. His career has been shaped by solving problems at every level, from large-scale business systems to detailed in-home installations, and that range directly informs how Technovate operates today.

Arian Mohammadi

Arian’s path into technology started on the cybersecurity and IT side, where he worked directly within a pharmaceutical company environment. There, he was responsible for modernizing systems and infrastructure, including:

  • Migrating servers to cloud-based environments
  • Establishing policies, procedures, and security practices
  • Improving organization-wide technology performance and structure
  • Overhauling cybersecurity frameworks and day-to-day operations

This was not surface-level involvement. It was hands-on responsibility for how an entire organization functioned from a technology standpoint.

From there, Arian expanded into high-end residential AV and automation, spending years designing and delivering systems for homeowners across the region. Over time, that work scaled to thousands of completed projects, ranging from straightforward installs to larger, fully integrated home environments.

Bridging Two Worlds That Rarely Connect

Most companies stay in their lane. They either focus on IT and cybersecurity for businesses, or they handle residential AV and home automation.

Technovate exists because Arian has done both, extensively.

That combination matters in practice. Modern homes and modern businesses both rely on connected systems, networks, and devices that need to work together reliably. Treating those systems as separate silos often leads to gaps, inconsistencies, and ongoing issues.

Arian built Technovate to eliminate that disconnect.

On the business side, that means IT and cybersecurity are structured for real usage, not just compliance checklists. On the residential side, it means AV, automation, and networking are designed as a single system, not pieced together after the fact.

Across both, it ensures the underlying infrastructure can actually support the technology being installed.

This approach carries through everything Technovate delivers, from home automation systems to managed IT environments.

A Direct, Hands-On Approach

One of the biggest differences clients notice is how involved Arian is in the work itself.

Technovate is not built around layers of account managers or outsourced support. The same person who designs the solution is often the one implementing it, supporting it, and staying accountable for how it performs over time.

That shows up in a few key ways:

  • Clear communication from start to finish
  • Consistent follow-up, even when there is no immediate issue
  • Fast, direct support without being routed through multiple people
  • A focus on long-term reliability instead of quick, one-off fixes

For clients, it means fewer handoffs, fewer misunderstandings, and a much clearer line of responsibility.

Built for Long-Term Relationships

Arian’s approach has always been relationship-driven rather than transactional.

Many of his projects have come through referrals and long-term client relationships built over years of consistent work. That same mindset carries into Technovate today, where the goal is not just to complete a project, but to remain a reliable point of contact as systems evolve.

Whether it is a business relying on ongoing IT support or a homeowner expanding their system over time, the expectation stays the same: the technology should keep working, and there should always be someone accountable for it.

The Foundation of Technovate

Technovate reflects Arian’s experience directly.

It is a company built on:

  • Deep technical experience across IT, cybersecurity, and AV
  • A practical understanding of how systems are actually used day to day
  • A commitment to doing the work correctly the first time
  • Ongoing support that does not disappear after installation

That combination is what allows Technovate to operate differently from companies that specialize in only one side of the equation.

And it is what clients rely on when they need technology that simply works.
