Technovate bundled expert technical advice with the purchase and installation of an integrated new TV and sound system as part of a complete renovation of our new condominium. We are seniors and were not familiar with the newer technologies that have become available within the past decade. The company’s owner, AJ, met with us initially to discuss what we were hoping to achieve, made recommendations to us, and gave us a price proposal. He did not seek to sell us a bunch of new equipment, focusing instead on re-using one TV and most components of our existing sound system (purchased 35 years earlier). We ended up buying one new large-screen TV and sound bar from him and purchasing ourselves on Amazon a replacement turntable for one that was damaged. Based on his advice, we disposed of an old tape deck and DVD player. He acquired the new equipment for us at a reasonable cost and installed the complete integrated system, including programming the TVs and sound bar and educating us on their use. He was very patient, spending several hours addressing our questions and leading us through the operation of the new technology.
